"Maybe next week", "I'm tired" — we've all been there. Maybe it's not the exact same reasons you keep telling yourself, but the underlying pattern often remains the same. Procrastination is a real problem, and it's our duty to fight it.

I can feel you, I know that it's hard to step out of your comfort zone, but it's really worth it. The benefits you'll gain from working out is far more important than scolling on social media or watching a netflix movie.

Despite the fact that the physical and mental benefits are related to each other, I decided to separate them. Here's a non-exhaustive list.
